Technology
Swiss machining on CNC sliding head machines is one of the best technology available in the segment. Components are produced in fully automatic computer controlled environment with almost no human touch involved. Simultaneous turning machining and other milling ensures superlative precision. Interpolation and programming in multi axes facilitates complicated machining. Multi axes ( y-axis interpolation) turn mill machining avoid secondary operations and produce error free components. Surface coatings, finishes and oxidations are available in different metals and materials.
Testing & measurements
Material Science Engineering: Pre and Post investigations and inspection ensures product life and functionality in difficult working conditions. Products are checked for Mechanical and stress failures in artificial environment (eg.Salt spray test). Coulometric testing for coating Thickness is available (Analyser). Spectro analysis is available for elemental composition and other testing. Almost all destructive and non-destructive testing available. Some are in house and Some outsourced with accredited certified labs.
